Which calls are recorded by the recording service?
All incoming and outgoing calls are recorded. If a call is transferred (even to an external number), the call will continue to be recorded.
Internal extension to extension calls are not recorded. During an attended transfer of a call that is being recorded the internal conversation is not recorded however the call is recorded from the external parties point of view.
