All phones are added to your service with operational details for the user such as extensions, user preferences such as voicemail settings and dialplan rules that decide when a phone rings for each of your teams.

All phones we supply have passed our strict selection criteria.

We never supply a phone that doesn't meet our selection criteria. Not all phones are created equal even if they all seem to look the same. We like to guarantee a level of quality for our service and the choice of phone affects that level. If we sell a phone then it meets our high standards.

Tested, approved and guaranteed to work.

All phones we supply have a guarantee that they work with our service. We are not simply selling you a phone but also the service that goes with it, a commitment to you further than the act of just buying the phone. We always test service improvements against our phones and have them on hand in our test suite should we need to verify anything.

Our team know the phones inside out.

So that we can help you better and that we don't sound clueless on the phone, our team are encouraged to learn our phones inside out and use them themselves where possible. We have a test suite for learning and trying things out for ourselves.

Auto-provisioned with optimal settings.

Under the bonnet the phones have hundreds of settings. To get it right and so that you don't have to worry, we ensure that all phones have the right settings via auto-provisioning. We believe that customers shouldn't have to manually configure phones which is time consuming and fraught with error. Read more in our FAQ - What does auto-provisioning do?

Automatic software and security updates.

All VoIP phones are in fact computers on the inside and sadly they also have software that needs to be patched and kept up to date. Insecure phones lead to account details being stolen or fraudulent calls being placed by hackers.

We can upgrade and maintain all phones on our network with auto-provisioning.

We manage returns and warranties for you.

From time to time things break. For all phones we supply, we can verify if there is a simple fix such as a replacement cable or handset or if a phone is faulty. We maintain warranty information for phones we supply, if it is still in warranty, we can get you a replacement as fast as we can, knowing that your service cannot be working without it.
