  • Personal Extensions
    Personal Extensions

    Each individual can be assigned their own extension which can be managed by them.

    It allows users to receive their calls on their own phone or to forward calls to their mobile, to a colleague or to a team within the business, all via a simple and intuitive web page.

  • Advanced Extensions
    Advanced Extensions

    Advanced extensions give you a way to apply complex or varied rules to how calls are handled.

    Options include:

    • Opening Hours and Closure Days,
    • IVRs,
    • Call Queues,
    • Hunt Groups,
    • Voicemail,
    • Forward to an external number,
    • and more.

    Rules can be set to apply sequentially, so that your callers will progress through the sequence based on how long they've been waiting.

  • Hunt Groups
    Hunt Groups

    Hunt Groups let you set the order in which your phones ring, ensuring every call can get answered.

    A Hunt Group can be set to ring your phones in a particular order, calling each phone or phones for a certain amount of time before moving to the next.

    You can layer Hunt Groups and if a phone or group of phones is busy or unavailable it will automatically move to the next step without the caller having to wait for the ringing time to expire.

  • Call Queues
    Call Queues

    Voxhub provides a way to put incoming callers into a queue until someone is available to take the call.

    This is ideal for customer support, sales or other high volume lines.

    Your Call Queues can be set with different rules to determine who gets the calls and in what order, based on number of calls taken or on the time since the last call.

    Call queues can be set-up with the Voxhub web interface.

  • Call Transfer
    Call Transfer

    Calls can be transferred to any of your phones even if they are located elsewhere, over the Internet

    Any transfers from a Voxhub phone will be carried out with the same simple process and it's possible to transfer calls to:

    • Personal Extensions to pass the call to the correct person.
    • Advanced Extensions if a call has come through to the wrong team.
    • To a Voicemail inbox so they can leave a message for the right person
    • Geographic numbers if they need to speak to a different site with a separate phone service.
    • Mobile numbers, if a member of your team is out of the office.
  • Call Forwarding
    Call Forwarding

    Calls to your service can be forwarded either within your phone system or to external numbers quickly and easily via the Voxhub web interface.

    Calls can be defined to forward immediately or after a certain amount of time has passed.

    Calls can be forwarded to:

    • Personal Extensions if one of your colleagues will be taking your calls.
    • Advanced Extensions if a team will be handling the forwarded calls.
    • Voicemail if the calls are likely to be non-urgent or private.
    • A Geographic number, either another office within your business or for example a "Call Handling" service.
    • A Mobile number if you need to be out of the office but don't want to miss your calls
  • IVR Menus
    IVR Menus

    IVR menus offer the caller options such as 'Press one for sales'. IVR menus can be created using the Voxhub web interface.

    Several different actions can occur as a result of the caller pressing a digit on their phone. These include

    • Forward to Extension
    • Forward to External Number
    • Go to call queue
    • Go to another IVR
    • Text to speech
    • Go to Voicemail

    Multiple levels of IVR are possible.

  • Caller ID
    Caller ID

    You can use multiple Caller IDs to ensure that when people call back they get through to the correct team.

    You can use any of your numbers on the Voxhub service as your Caller ID, and with the majority of our desk phones you can assign different IDs to each of the line buttons.

  • Call Pickup
    Call Pickup

    Calls can be picked up from other phones in the same call group.

    You can set up multiple call groups, ensuring that your staff only grab the calls they're meaning too.

    Individual users can be members of multiple call groups which is useful for supervisors and multi-skilled staff

  • Voicemail
    Voicemail

    All extensions in Voxhub can have voicemail for individuals or teams.

    Voicemail can be turned on and off using the Voxhub control panel.

    Voicemail can be sent via email, picked up by phone or both.

    By setting up a dedicated dial-in number your team can call in to their Voicemail and check their messages from outside the office.

  • Call Hold
    Call Hold

    Put callers on hold, with a button.

    While on hold they'll hear your chosen hold music. All Voxhub desk phones support Call Holding.

  • Music On Hold
    Music On Hold

    When calls are on hold for example during transfers, call parking, when on hold or call queues, music on hold will be played to the caller.

    Your choice of music can say a lot about who you are as an organisation, you can choose to upload your own music or purchase from our prerecorded catalogue.

  • Dedicated Numbers
    Dedicated Numbers

    A single number that will always call the same device, regardless of who the phone is assigned to.

    A dedicated number is ideal for contacting any device that is used for hotdesking or where the user turn-over is high, letting you always call the specific phone you want

  • Call Park
    Call Park

    Park a call from one phone and pick it back up from a different phone.

    Call Park is really handy when you're waiting for a conference call, but you need to carry on with your work, you can receive the incoming call at your desk, park the call, then retrieve it in the meeting room without the meeting room phone ringing out as you move from one place to another

    It's also handy for when you need to pass a call to another team but you don't know which of the team members will be right to take the call, just let them know that there's a call waiting and which location to grab it from.
