Call transfer controls
When on a call, you have access to the following controls.
These controls will vary depending on the number of and type of call you are on.
The buttons on the screen when making a call will vary if you are on one call, two calls at once or have a conference call active.
Dialling a second call
You can have a maximum of two calls in progress at any time. To make a second call:
Swapping two calls
Transferring calls: Blind and Attended Transfers
A Blind Transfer means that you transfer the call directly to another number without waiting for a response from or checking the availability of the end number.
An Attended Transfer means that you first call the person you are hoping to transfer the call to, let them know who's calling and then decide whether to complete the transfer. The person being transferred is put on hold until you either transfer or retrieve their call.

Merge
When you have two calls active, you can merge them into a single Conference Call with all three people included.
Split
When you have a Conference Call active with three people in the call, you can separate the Conference Call into two calls.
To do this just tap the Split button.
