Voxhub provides instant messaging based on the open XMPP protocol for all users of Voxhub. It displays a roster containing other online users from your company and their phone status.
TAPI is a standard driver mechanism that allows compatible applications to interact with the Voxhub service from your desktop. Any TAPI compliant software will be able to work with Voxhub, such as Microsoft Outlook, Sage Act!, Goldmine and many CRM systems.
