Most of Voxhub's customers never meet one of our engineers as getting and installing Voxhub is straightforward for those companies with technical resources. There are however times when an on-site presence is helpful or needed and we are always happy to oblige.
During an on site survey one of our engineers will assess the suitablility of the existing cabling and plan the location and specification of the required infrastructure. If there are any tasks that are required to be completed by the customer before installation, these will be identified.
Installation is the most frequent on call activity. We are happy to install your Voxhub service independently or in conjunction with your technical resource. In our experience a collaborative approach is best as this provides some direct training for internal resources and internal knowledge gets phones on the right desks quickest and leaves extra time for training and testing.
If additional technical or user training is required this can be scheduled for the install or a later stage. While our support team can talk customers through actions on the phone, sometimes a face to face approach or a dedicated period of time can be beneficial.
Faults are rare and when they do occur they are usually easy to identify either by our automated monitoring systems or over the phone with one of our support team. Identification of intermittent or complex faults can require a more specialised techical focus. If on site technical resource is not available customers can request that one of our engineers makes an on site visit.
For customers that put a high level of importance on their Voxhub service we have created the Voxhub Care Plan. This proactive approach presumes on site attendance in case of faults. To keep everything in the best possible condition we also schedule periodic spring cleans of the physical phones and the administration setup to keep all users and configuration tidy and up to date.
