Connectivity with a private link means that calls do not travel over the public Internet but instead remain on our network (direct) or that of our network partners. All network partners have direct links to our network and are accredited with us to guarantee capacity and quality of service.
We can provide full end to end support for direct or partner connectivity because we have total visibility of the network from your phone to our telecom infrastructure. Our automatic monitoring can spot faults and we can react immediately to resolve any issues.
A complete service guarantee can only be given where connectivity from your office to our network is provided by us or that of our network partners. Connectivity provided by others is completely outside our control.
We always ensure that we supply tested and compatible equipment such as routers and firewalls. This is usually an unknown when deploying Voxhub on other external networks.
Many people incorrectly assume that the large size of their existing connection will mean that it will be suitable for a Voxhub service. This is generally not the case from our experience. Read our connectivity checklist if you want to verify your existing connectivity.
