New customers have two choices when installing Voxhub, either a self-install or an on-site install by one of our authorised installers. All equipment is shipped to site pre-configured and ready to plug in and use.
Installation by one of our authorised installers will ensure that everything is up and running smoothly. Furthermore the installer will provide a 'Voxhub Familiarisation' session that will take you through how your service is set-up and explain how to use the Coordinator Web Interface. The installer will also spend a short time explaining how to use the features of your phones.
Self-installation is an option particularly for customers with multiple sites. The first site, typically a head office, can use our authorised installer service and a 'technical' employee can shadow the process with a view to doing the remaining sites as a self-install.
Generally, home offices and international offices are self-install. Our 'Remote Installation Support' service allocates an engineer to remote validate and test all self-installs.
