Extensions can be created that have a sequence of actions. This can be done quickly and easily in the Voxhub web interface. This provides a flexible way to create more custom dialplans.

For example, you can choose to play a WAV file to the caller. Then ring three phones. Play another WAV file and then go to an IVR or call queue.

IVR Call Menus

IVR menus offer the caller options such as 'Press one for sales'. IVR menus can be created using the Voxhub web interface.

Several different actions can occur as a result of the caller pressing a digit on their phone. These include

  • Go to call queue
  • Go to another IVR
  • Text to speech
  • Go to Voicemail

Multiple levels of IVR is possible.

Voxhub can call VoIP phones and existing landlines at once too!

Calls can be routed dependant on the time of day.

This is useful for setting up opening hours for main lines.

Calls received outside of the given times can be forwarded to another extension that can then be programmed to go to voicemail or route the call to alternative locations.

Announcements

WAV files can be uploaded to Voxhub via the Web interface and then used in the dialplans.

It is possible to use these files for dedicated announcement lines or simply for use in the programmable dialplans.
